Chris Barton, President of outplacement and career coaching firm Barton Career Advisors, LLC, is a former Fortune 100 financial services Senior Vice President and has more than 15 years of experience working with professionals of all levels at some of the nation’s top companies including credit card giant MBNA America and Citizen’s Financial Group. Most recently Chris transitioned from his role as Chief Administrative Officer of a multi-region proprietary education company, to start Barton Career Advisors. Chris is a highly sought career transition expert, HR consultant and speaker. His hallmark focus on people development and helping other people get what they want has defined his own career success. Chris received his MBA and BS from the Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware and holds the prestigious Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Lori Fink, Executive Administrative Assistant, at Barton Career Advisors, LLC is responsible for client engagement efforts, administrative support and financial budgeting for the firm. She provides administrative support to the company president including client account setup and typing/construction of client documents. Lori also leads special event planning, expense reporting and client premium and promotional materials. She formerly worked for Limited Brands as a store manager and also for MBNA America's New England region. Lori is an Allentown native but a Nittany Lion at heart. She graduated from Penn State with a BS in Business.

Maggie Shaw, Adjunct Learning Consultant at Barton Career Advisors, LLC, is a former Project Manager for Bank of America Card Services. Maggie has 10 plus years of experience in corporate training management and learning project consulting for some of the world’s most revered corporations. Prior to the MBNA America and Bank of America merger, Maggie served as AVP, Corporate Trainer in MBNA’s New England Region. In this capacity she had a lasting impact on the results of the Education Division. Selected by the SEVP of Education & Personnel Maggie led new hire and continuing education efforts across the United States in over 25 business verticals. Maggie’s expertise, focus and charismatic approach are fundamental to her success in helping others market themselves effectively. Her leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction and employee development is a significant contribution to her success as a Career Coach. Maggie attended Montclair State University in NJ and received her certificate in administrative studies from the Gibb School.
